Svartþoka is an experimental/electronic/metal trio located in Reykjavík, Iceland. The unique three piece has cemented their place in the Icelandic metal scene through evocative and emotive live performances. Utilising guitar drones akin to Sunn O))) accompanied by theremin and a drum machine alongside a creative use of voices, the witches of  Svartþoka bring a unique sound hitherto unheard in the Icelandic metal scene.
